The Role
Lead business analysis for operational reconciliation, gather and document requirements (BRD/FSD), liaise between users and IT, support testing (UT/SIT/UAT), perform deep-dive analyses, propose platform enhancements, create training materials, and handle stakeholder communications.

- Continuously assessing the capability of the platform and propose new enhancement which may benefit the business in the future requirements.
- Attend to communications /queries.
- Any other responsibilities/ tasks assigned by Management from time to time
- Use verbal and written communication skills to create training materials and advise other members on the best ways to use various technology to solve problems.
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in relevant discipline (Accounting/Finance/Business/Banking )
- At least 6 years of experience of relevant banking background
- Good knowledge on reconciliation process
- Good with numbers
- Knowledgeable in MS Office i.e Excel
- Attention to details
- Basic knowledge of core banking system and multiple products in the Bank.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong teamwork spirit to collaborate effectively

Skills Required

- At least 6 years of relevant banking experience
- Good knowledge of reconciliation processes
- Strong numerical skills (good with numbers)
