Location: This position is remote within Canada.
The Senior Manager, Growth is responsible for a broad and varied remit across demand generation and new business, and represents a key role within the Global Growth team. Alongside assessing new opportunities and supporting the pitch process from start-to-finish, which includes collaborating with key internal stakeholders on pitch deliverables, interfacing with prospective clients and creating written RFP responses, the Senior manager also manages multiple critical internal Growth initiatives, and creates reports tracking monthly performance, identifying opportunities to further iterate and improve performance. Working under the general supervision of the Growth Craft, this role also involves working closely with multiple parts of the business, including the Product and Client Pods.
What you’ll do:
- Assess initial new business opportunities.
- Manage and support the pitch process from start to completion.
- Manage pitch deliverables, timelines and progress, and inform stakeholders of status updates.
- Build relations and manage communication with prospective clients.
- Create written RFI and RFP responses.
- Develop proposal materials inclusive of case studies and initial POVs on prospective clients’ businesses.
- Produce internal reports that track marketing and new business performance.
- Project manage key Growth initiatives.
- Collaborate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work under the general supervision of the Growth team as well as collaborating closely with global product and client pods.
What we’d like to see
- Bachelor’s Degree and work experience of 6-8 years in a related area.
- Experience in a consulting or agency environment, in either business development, marketing, client services, or strategy.
- An ability to read briefs and RFPs for a comprehensive understanding of client business goals and strategic imperatives and ability to help translate to develop strategic deliverables including written and creative assignments.
- Strong writing skills and experience creating written business development proposals and marketing materials.
- The ability to proactively manage relationships with prospective clients from initial conversation through to close.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-pressure situations with confidence in managing multiple stakeholders and leading internal meetings.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Personal interest in the business, marketing and consulting world.

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
