  • Identify and proactively manage enterprise dependencies, resource constraints, risks, and opportunities.

  • Provide leadership-level status and financial reporting that supports informed decision-making and strategic prioritization.

Integrated Program Leadership & Execution

  • Facilitate enterprise decision-making and remove organizational barriers impacting multiple initiatives.

  • Ensure strategic programs remain aligned to business objectives throughout planning, implementation, and adoption.

  • Promote consistent execution methodologies that improve delivery quality across the portfolio, standardizing steering committees, executive reporting, RAID management, RACI models and escalation processes regardless of the technology platform.

Value Realization & Business Outcomes
  • Establish a Commercial Technology value realization framework for ongoing evaluation of the strategic portfolio.

  • Partner with Commercial Leadership to define expected business outcomes before investments are approved.

  • Develop KPI frameworks measuring adoption, productivity, customer experience, operational efficiency, financial value, and organizational maturity.

  • Track benefits realization before, during, and after implementation through executive dashboards and performance reviews.

  • Recommend optimization opportunities and future investment priorities based on measurable business outcomes.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:
