The Global Sales Analysis Manager leads global demand planning, sales intelligence and commercial forecasting activities across all Distribution Channels. The role serves as a critical link between Commercial teams and Global Planning Operations, transforming market demand signals, product performance insights and customer trends into actionable forecasting inputs. Through advanced analytics, Centric Planning and cross-functional collaboration, the position contributes to improving forecast accuracy at Style-Color-Size level, supporting more effective inventory, purchasing and production decisions on a global scale.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Global Demand Planning & Commercial Forecasting
- Lead the global demand planning and commercial forecasting process across all distribution channels.
- Coordinate sales campaign budgeting, demand consolidation and forecast alignment with Regions.
- Drive forecast accuracy improvements through continuous analysis of sales performance, market dynamics and customer demand patterns.
2. Sales Analysis & Business Intelligence
- Provide global sales performance analysis, strategic reporting and actionable business insights to support decision-making.
- Monitor collection performance, customer trends, sell-through evolution and reorder opportunities across markets.
- Deliver post-campaign evaluations and recommendations to enhance future commercial and planning strategies.
3. Planning Operations Partnership
- Act as the key interface between Commercial teams and Global Planning Operations.
- Translate market demand signals, collection performance and customer insights into planning assumptions and forecasting improvements.
- Support the continuous enhancement of Style-Color-Size demand projections to optimize purchasing, inventory and production decisions.
4. Digital Planning & Process Innovation
- Lead the business governance, adoption and continuous improvement of Centric Planning and related analytical tools.
- Promote data-driven decision-making through advanced reporting, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Drive process standardization and efficiency improvements across global planning and commercial activities.
5. Customer & Market Intelligence
- Oversee customer segmentation, profitability analysis and market performance monitoring for Wholesale European markets.
- Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving market penetration
6. Leadership & Global Coordination
- Lead and develop the Global Sales Analysis team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities among Sales, Planning Operations, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain and Digital teams.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 5/8 years of relevant work experience in the same role and field
- 2/3 years’ supervisory experience
- Must possess strong leadership skills and be well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
- Sense of ownership and pride in the performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical and communications skills
- Ability to drive & apply continuous process improvement tools and improvements to large and complex projects preferred
- Demonstrates strong decision-making ability in a multiple scenario environment is preferred

- Demonstrated ability to support and interact effectively with other core business functions
- Fluent English. Any other language will be considered a plus
- Proficient with MS-Office programs, especially Excel
- Experience with business intelligence software such as Micro Strategy, IT general capability
