What the Senior Manager, Global FP&A does at Worldwide

The Senior Manager, Global FP&A will provide key business decision support and communication of, strategic analyses, reporting and consolidation for the organization. The role will be critical in generating insights and decision-making recommendations while also requiring engagement and influence of business partners. This includes responsibility for regular and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis, measurement scorecards, identifying and mitigating risks to achieve the organization's short and long-term financial goals and strategic priorities.

What you will do

  • Work closely with the VP FP&A, Sr Director FP&A and the broader finance and accounting team to produce high quality, Monthly Board reports including the development of reporting processes.

  • Prepares detailed analyses for consolidated reports for senior management.

  • Assesses the budgeting and forecasting process to better inform accuracy and results.

  • Collaborates with business units and various departments across the organization to provide value-added analytical and critical thinking on monthly financials and ad hoc projects.

  • Ensures consistence and application for budgeting and forecasting processes and policies.

  • Monthly review of financial statements to ensure accuracy and identify risks and opportunities.

  • Broad knowledge of finance/accounting principles and best practices with strong analytical skills.

  • Proven leadership and business acumen with ability to understand complex organizational structures and environments.

  • Can identify and implement plans and activities to drive increased profitability.

  • Highly motivated individual with strong forward thinking analytical skills, creating problem-solving track-record, dealing with ambiguity, and intellectual curiosity.

  • Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization.

  • Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Your experience

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 10 years of progressive accounting and Finance experience, preferably within a Pharmaceutical or CRO environment.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint for analysis and presentation of data.

  • Strong financial modeling and valuation analysis abilities.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Desire to identify areas of process improvement and implement solutions specifically driving efficiency gains within the business.

The salary range for this position is annually (For hourly paid positions, the stated salary range reflects hourly rates):


United States of America - $113,000.00 - $225,000.00


The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package depending on location. We ensure pay equity and transparency and comply with all applicable labor laws. Salary information will be discussed during the interview process, and we encourage candidates to inquire about compensation at any stage.

Skills Required
