Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager of Global Integrated Campaigns to lead and drive the holistic campaign strategy for the enterprise segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of creating and executing cross-functional marketing programs. This role will be pivotal in expanding our campaigns globally and ensuring their success through a deep understanding and application of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles, personalized customer engagement, and a strong focus on motivation, accountability, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

- ABM-Driven Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive ABM strategies that target key accounts, align with business goals, and drive growth in the enterprise segment. Own the overall campaign blueprint with a specific emphasis on ABM techniques and personalized customer journeys to ensure targeted and impactful engagement.

- Journey Orchestration: Design and optimize customer journeys across various touchpoints to ensure a seamless and highly personalized experience that resonates with target accounts.

- Accountability & Ownership: Take full ownership of campaign success, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and driving measurable results through ABM tactics.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and manage cross-functional marketing programs, working closely with product marketing, digital marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns that deliver personalized value propositions.

- Global Expansion: Drive the expansion of campaigns on a global scale, tailoring strategies to different regions and markets to maximize impact and relevance through localized ABM approaches.

- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and manage robust reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance, analyze ABM-driven data insights, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

- Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns in real-time, making strategic adjustments to enhance effectiveness, ABM personalization, and maximize ROI.

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate campaign plans, progress, and ABM-driven results effectively to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency, alignment, and support for global campaign initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on integrated campaign management and ABM strategies.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for the mid-market/enterprise segment, leveraging ABM principles and personalized approaches.

- Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, with proficiency in ABM tools and techniques.

- Experience in global campaign management, market expansion, and ABM personalization strategies across diverse geographies.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics) to drive ABM-driven insights and decision-making.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns for ABM success.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels through compelling ABM narratives.

- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills to manage complex, ABM-driven projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry, with a focus on ABM personalization and global campaign strategies.

- Familiarity with journey orchestration tools and techniques to enhance ABM-driven customer experiences.

- Certification or training in ABM strategies and personalized marketing approaches.

The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.

Salary Ranges:

$126,750.00 - $211,250.00
