As the Senior Manager, Global Digital Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of Wolfspeed's global digital marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, demand generation, and business growth across international markets.

Embedded within the Global Marketing Communications & Sales Enablement team, you will oversee a global team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate closely with Content Marketing, Regional Marketing, Corporate Communications, Web, and Sales teams to deliver integrated, data-driven campaigns that support the customer journey and accelerate pipeline growth. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a balance of digital vision, operational excellence, team development, and hands-on expertise across digital channels, marketing technology, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Wolfspeed's global digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global digital marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

  • Drive global demand generation programs across digital advertising, content marketing, social media, paid search, account-based marketing (ABM), webinars, distribution marketing, and marketing automation channels.

  • Partner with regional marketing teams to scale global campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging while maintaining local market relevance.

  • Own and optimize the digital marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM and marketing automation platforms, while leveraging analytics and emerging AI capabilities to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • 12+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within a global B2B organization.

  • 3-5+ years of people leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing teams.

  • Proven success leading global digital marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Strong experience developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across global organizations.

  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including lead management, lead scoring, and campaign performance measurement.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

This role requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA.

  • Experience within the semiconductor, electronics, industrial technology, or related B2B industries.

  • Experience implementing AI-driven marketing capabilities and automation solutions to improve efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

  • Strong understanding of B2B social media strategy, audience engagement, and performance measurement.

  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and modern demand generation practices in complex sales environments.
