Develop, qualify, and optimize ion implantation processes in an automated Silicon Carbide wafer fab. Drive process and equipment improvements that enhance device performance, yield, quality, and efficiency. Define experiments using Design of Experiments and statistical analysis, identify potential failures, solve process issues, support new product introductions, communicate technical findings, and collaborate with engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and vendors. Occasional travel to manufacturing sites and vendor locations is required.

Sustain, optimize, and improve ion implantation equipment used in silicon carbide semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, tool fingerprinting, continuous improvement projects, root cause analysis, procedure and configuration documentation, equipment selection support, quality and cost improvements, safety compliance, spare-parts inventory, BOM management, and vendor coordination.

Owns the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of Power BI semantic models, data flows, dimensions, DAX, SQL, and Snowflake integrations. Develops reporting datasets and dashboards, blends multiple data sources, troubleshoots data issues, translates business requirements into analytics, and supports Sales Operations. Collaborates on cross-functional projects, defines milestones, manages reporting changes, supports users, and optimizes business intelligence processes.

Administers Microsoft Teams voice services, including calling plans, direct routing, phone numbers, dial plans, SBCs, emergency calling, and user policies. Deploys and maintains Teams Rooms devices, monitors call quality and device health, investigates network and device issues, and supports onboarding and adoption. The role requires improving equipment availability, quality, scrap, rework, and manufacturing costs while supporting process development and production operations.
