Sustain and develop photolithography processes and equipment in a 200mm automated SiC wafer fab. Drive yield, cycle time, tool availability, and cost reductions. Analyze data using SPC/DOE, collaborate cross-functionally, present technical updates, and support new product/process introductions. Support continuous improvement and advanced patterning techniques.

Develop and own Wet Etch and Cleans processes, ensuring high capability in semiconductor manufacturing. Perform capability studies, document deviations, and drive process improvements.

Develop, qualify, and optimize thin film processes in a Silicon Carbide wafer fab. Define and run DoE experiments, analyze data statistically, identify failure modes using automotive methodologies, improve yield and quality, present technical updates, and collaborate with product engineering, R&D, vendors, and other sites.

The NPTI Engineer focuses on leading characterization and development of implant and diffusion processes for new semiconductor products, collaborating across teams to ensure manufacturability and performance.

Supervise and lead process and equipment technicians on a 12-hour rotating fab shift, enforce safety and KPIs, oversee equipment maintenance and PMs, drive training and cross-training, manage hold-lot triage and CM documentation, and partner with engineering to improve yield and reduce downtime.

Sustain, optimize, and improve wet chemical process equipment in a 200mm SiC wafer fab. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, PM documentation, spare parts/BOM management, vendor coordination, and drive quality, cost, and safety improvements while championing chemical safety and EHS compliance.

Improve manufacturability, yield, quality, and reliability for power products by setting up and modifying production equipment and processes, ramping new products, managing projects, analyzing process data to prevent excursions, and working with suppliers and contract manufacturers.

The Integration/Yield Engineer will support product flow setup, yield improvements, drive problem solving across teams, and develop data-driven solutions to issues in production.

Lead device development projects for next-generation SiC power devices, focusing on design, optimization, and collaboration with various teams. Conduct experiments, analyze data, and communicate findings.

Drive manufacturability, yield, quality, and reliability improvements for power products.
