The Sales Director will lead sales strategies for Wolfspeed's semiconductor division, focusing on revenue growth, customer relationships, and team performance across various markets.

Install, configure, and maintain semiconductor tools, conduct preventative maintenance, drive cost reduction projects, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve quality metrics.

Owns end-to-end program delivery through defense prime and sub-tier contractors. Program, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, building automation, instrumentation, and OT network systems supporting manufacturing facilities. Develop control-system designs, documentation, SOPs, and quality records; lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, testing, and process improvements. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, validation, and quality teams, provide end-user training, support continuous production, and lead cross-functional automation projects within cost, schedule, and quality constraints.

Maintains general ledger accuracy and integrity by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and monthly close activities. Reviews account balances, investigates variances, supports internal and external reporting, and assists with audits and statutory reporting. Partners with communications, brand, marketing, and agency teams to deliver social campaigns, thought leadership, and executive visibility initiatives.

Provides sustaining engineering support for power semiconductor manufacturing, focusing on optical inspection, defect identification, root cause analysis, material review, yield improvement, and quality enhancement. Performs DOE, SPC, Pareto analysis, and failure analysis; manages defect tracking systems and dashboards; and collaborates with design, process, equipment, quality, laboratories, and vendors to reduce defects and improve manufacturing processes.

Leads factory-wide semiconductor equipment performance initiatives focused on improving OEE, reliability, availability, utilization, maintenance effectiveness, and cost of ownership. Establishes performance metrics, investigates equipment failures, drives corrective actions, manages supplier accountability, evaluates upgrades and capital improvements, and implements predictive maintenance and industry best practices. Partners with operations, process and equipment engineering, maintenance teams, and external suppliers to improve factory output, quality, and productivity.

Manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement campaigns, including segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing workflows, forms, landing pages, emails, and reporting. Partner with marketing, sales, analytics, and web teams on audience engagement and account-based marketing programs. Monitor campaign performance using Power BI, Google Analytics, and Salesforce reporting. Maintain data governance, troubleshoot automation and integration issues, improve lead routing, and ensure data quality.

Develops and manages integrated content plans and marketing campaigns across digital channels. Leads creation of technical content, web content, email campaigns, videos, blogs, and social copy while maintaining brand consistency. Tracks campaign performance, supports SEO and website optimization, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures projects meet timelines and quality standards.

Support device integration and process flow for Mohawk Valley: monitor device attributes, analyze data to root cause parametric shifts, drive cross-team problem solving, respond to production deviations and customer concerns, implement process/device improvements, and support 24x7 disposition decisions.

Develop, qualify, and optimize thin film processes for a silicon carbide wafer fab. Use DoE and statistical analysis to drive yield, quality, and efficiency improvements. Apply predictive failure-mode/problem-solving aligned to automotive methodologies. Present technical results and travel occasionally to manufacturing sites and vendors to share knowledge and support product introductions.

Supports monthly financial close, prepares journal entries and reconciliations, maintains accurate financial records, contributes to internal and statutory reporting, assists auditors, ensures accounting controls and compliance, and improves finance processes. The role requires collaboration across business functions, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Provides sustaining engineering support for crystal growth manufacturing processes. Maintains calibration records, owns standard operating procedures and training, improves equipment, production efficiency, yields, and quality, and conducts DOE and SPC analyses. Collaborates with design, facilities, logistics, and software teams to resolve production interruptions. Supports IATF audits and maintains process documentation including PFDs, PFMEAs, and PCPs while mentoring junior engineers and technicians.

Lead global information security strategy for a semiconductor company: build security programs, manage risk and incidents, protect IP and customer data, oversee security teams, ensure compliance with NIST/ISO/CMMC, liaise with stakeholders, and drive security awareness and audits.

Lead measurement, reporting, and optimization of global marketing performance. Build dashboards and reporting frameworks across GA4, Salesforce, Pardot, paid media, and social. Analyze campaign, funnel, pipeline, and ROI performance, establish KPI definitions and governance, and provide actionable insights to marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders.

As an Applications Engineer, you'll provide technical support for customers in industrial applications, focusing on Silicon Carbide technology and power converters.

Drive Wolfspeed's go-to-market for SiC in advanced packaging across AI/HPC, co-packaged optics, quantum, and AR/VR. Identify design-ins, build executive ecosystem partnerships, lead co-development and PDK engagements, negotiate strategic deals and long-term supply agreements, align cross-functional engineering and materials teams, and monitor market and competitor trends to convert technical advantages into scalable commercial growth.
