What You’ll Do
Develop and execute integrated global communications strategies that advance Goodyear’s vision and business priorities.
Lead the creation of communications plans that align with shared global objectives and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
Oversee global campaign development and execution, ensuring consistent, high‑impact messaging across all regions.
Provide executive communications support and strategic counsel to senior leaders to enhance visibility and engagement.
Partner closely with global Procurement and Digital/IT teams—serving on the Digital/IT Leadership Team—to support transformation, technology, and procurement initiatives.
Ensure alignment and cohesion across internal and external communications efforts worldwide.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
8+ years in communications leadership roles within a corporate or agency environment, including experience in global or multinational organizations.
Demonstrated success developing and executing internal and external communications strategies, along with substantial experience advising executive leaders with confidence and credibility.
