Job Description Summary:
Role Profile
The Senior Manager, Frontline Marketing is an individual contributor who reports to the Senior Director, Frontline Marketing, WIMA. The role covers 5 major markets - Ivory Coast, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Gabon
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Act as the marketing lead for the respective country/region with overall responsibility for local relevance, alignment, and implementation of marketing plans.
Work closely with Country teams, bottling partners, and collaborate across all functions to deliver business plans measured by volume, share, and profit.
Lead the execution and amplification of marketing plans in the local market as per brand strategy and operating unit strategy.
Provide nuanced country/regional-level input on marketing strategy and plans (e.g., consumer/shopper insights).
Develop relationships with key partners (bottlers) and ensure alignment and buy-in on the marketing agenda.
Coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with Bottlers.
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields.
10+ years of marketing and leadership experience.
Direct experience with execution of marketing plans.
Strong business and commercial acumen.
Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams (preferred).
Experience managing marketing budgets.
Experience working with The Coca-Cola Company external partners (bottling partners and customers) is preferred but not mandatory.
FMCG experience is an added advantage.
Bilingual (French and English) will be a plus.
