Job Description
Position overview: As the Senior Manager, Franchise Strategy for Central, you will be responsible for helping craft the long-term strategy for Central, help translate this strategy into a full year Annual Business Plan and work with the Frontline teams to ensure monthly performance tracks to the commitments made in these plans. Reporting to Director, Franchise Strategy - Central, in this role your key stakeholders will be the Franchise VP for Central and the Frontline leadership in the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) Franchise.
What you will do for us:
- LRP Support the development of the OU LRP by providing local context from frontline and bottlers and translate OU LRP to Franchise LRP to secure alignment from bottler on key priorities
- Build ABP presentation inside the Franchise unit, for alignment with the bottlers and for presentation to the OULT
- Support CCEP T2T by ensuring scheduling (incl. board meetings and T2T meetings), sending monthly reports/ board talking points, setting the agenda, preparing high quality material, ensuring pre-alignment, running the meeting, deploying next steps
- Orchestrate Frontline decision point routine in setting the agenda for the meeting, running the meeting and deploying next steps after each meeting (related to monthly performance review only)
- Monthly performance review for West cluster including studying data, building out summary/ decision document, and discussing in frontline and presenting in the OULT as needed
- Market specific or OU wide deep-dives on key topics as surfaced in the performance review and agreed with the frontline leadership within allowable time
Qualifications and Requirements:
8+ years of experience in the FMCG space or in Management consulting
