What You Will Do…

  • Lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making for senior leadership and key stakeholders 
  • Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate business performance 
  • Partner with various departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product) to drive financial transparency and operational efficiency 
  • Build and maintain financial models 
  • Create and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management 
  • Assist in long-term strategic planning and scenario analysis to support growth initiatives 
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for improvement

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have…

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus) 
  • 7+ years' of experience in FP&A, ideally within SaaS, Payments or tech companies
  • A strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics and business models 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Familiarity with financial planning software and ERP systems (NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, etc.)
  • Ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
  • A proven track record of working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Salary

$115,000-$140,000/year DOE

Location

This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a few days a week.
