What You Will Do…
- Lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Provide in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making for senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate business performance
- Partner with various departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product) to drive financial transparency and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain financial models
- Create and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management
- Assist in long-term strategic planning and scenario analysis to support growth initiatives
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for improvement
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have…
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)
- 7+ years' of experience in FP&A, ideally within SaaS, Payments or tech companies
- A strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics and business models
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Familiarity with financial planning software and ERP systems (NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, etc.)
- Ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
- A proven track record of working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Salary
$115,000-$140,000/year DOE
Location
This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a few days a week.
