A little about the role...

The ChildPlus Consultant will be responsible for implementing advanced product and industry knowledge to deliver high quality training and consulting services to ChildPlus clients. Consultants will travel to customer sites to facilitate training and build relationships with clients. 

What you'll do:

  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal, written and facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients with a high level of professionalism
  • Strong team orientation with a focus on collaboration
  • Desire and aptitude to work with an innovative, evolving training and facilitation structure
  • Proven ability to keep abreast of new developments in the Head Start industry to ensure that all training and consulting provided incorporates and aligns with changing needs
  • Exhibit time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 80% travel required

Our ideal candidate will have: 

  • 5+ years' of Head Start and/or Early Head Start program experience
  • Thorough knowledge of Head Start performance standards
  • Ability to identify client needs and develop effective training plans, goals and timelines
  • Possess the knowledge to conduct individual and group training & consulting for new
  • and existing clients
  • Expertise to contribute to the development and preparation of training & consulting materials
  • Prior experience using ChildPlus software
  • Experience delivering training and consulting services to a range of adult users
  • Knowledge of PIR
  • Knowledge of OHS Monitoring Protocol
