About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead FP&A and Treasury & Tax functions, providing both hands-on execution and senior-level financial insight in a fast-growing organization. This role will be instrumental in scaling the finance function; designing processes, building capabilities, and translating complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, offering strong team leadership while diving deep into critical work streams and meeting business deadlines with flexibility when required.
What You Will Do;
- Lead cash flow forecasting and monitoring, proactively identifying risks, improving forecast accuracy, and driving effective cash management.
- Own annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, strengthening financial models and scenario planning aligned with business strategy.
- Deliver deep financial and expense analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve margins, and drive vendor negotiations.
- Track financial performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances, corrective actions, and accountability.
- Translate complex financial data into clear executive insights to support strategic decisions, investments, pricing, and ROI.
- Drive reporting excellence and FP&A process improvements through standardization, automation, and cross-functional alignment.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing finance teams, removing obstacles to ensure timely, accurate, and impactful delivery.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CA, ACCA, or CIMA strongly preferred.
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally within a Big 5 firm or multinational environment.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills with proven success in cost optimization and efficiency analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI (or similar BI tools), and ERP systems.
- Translate complex financial data into clear executive insights to support strategic decisions, investments, pricing, and ROI.
- Drive reporting excellence and FP&A process improvements through standardization, automation, and cross-functional alignment.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing finance teams, removing obstacles to ensure timely, accurate, and impactful delivery.
