We are looking for a Senior Manager, FinTech - Enterprise Technology to provide management and oversight for our financial systems ecosystem. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on tactical and strategic initiatives and own the engineering delivery and support to enable accurate, auditable financial reporting and resilient business operations.
You will lead and manage engineering teams to deliver on system enhancement and enterprise-wide initiatives to attain tangible business value outcomes. You will institute and optimize engineering practices that promote a global follow-the-sun support model for varied stakeholders in multiple locations and timezones across international subsidiaries.
This is a hybrid role in our Dallas office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
What You’ll Do:- Partner with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Legal, and Systems Transformation to deliver on initiatives and enhancements prioritized in the FinTech roadmap
- Lead assessment, prototype, development, delivery, and support of automation use cases that leverage AI with in-built guardrails in accordance with best-in-class architectural principles
- Manage daily stand-ups with NetSuite administrators and developers across locations and timezones
- Actively drive to execution prioritized projects identified in enterprise technology roadmap from both tactical and strategic perspectives and manage active backlog grooming amongst cross-functional stakeholders
- Promote career development of 3 internal direct reports
- Manage sourcing relationships with third party vendors in augmenting offshore support across locations and timezones
- Develop balanced scorecard reporting metrics in application support, problem resolution, escalation, and root cause analysis for bugs reported
- Report on progress on committed project milestone progress with multiple teams
- Embed security and compliance into software delivery and manage SOX compliance
- Strong NetSuite / Coupa / Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system experience
- Active certifications such as NetSuite/Coupa administrator, consultant or developer
- In-depth automation knowledge on Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report business cycles
- Familiarity with AI developments in the NetSuite ecosystem
- Knowledge of titles, rights and royalty reporting processes
- Experience delivering SOX-ready systems and audit evidence
- Familiarity with eInvoicing compliance requirements
- You have 8+ years building financial, accounting, or high-integrity event-driven systems; 6+ years as a manager
- You have a proven track record of operational excellence in blending technical expertise and stakeholder-facing delivery management to actively contribute to development when needed as well as resolve support tickets
- You have 8+ years of functional experience in automating end-to-end business processes with various best-in-breed applications in the NetSuite ecosystem
- You have in-depth working knowledge of SuiteCloud, SuiteScripts, and SuiteFlows for configuring and customizing NetSuite
- You have knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley and experience embedding controls, immutable audit trails and SOX evidence in software
- You are an excellent communicator who can work with finance, product and engineering leaders
