Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service
delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, auditors, directors, and onshore
teams, resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Lead client communications regarding new regulatory requirements and financial
reporting disclosures.
• Review and oversee the preparation of financial statements for Hedge Funds,
Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Funds, Management Companies (ManCos), and
related structures.
• Ensure compliance with multiple accounting frameworks including IFRS, US GAAP,
UK GAAP, Luxembourg GAAP, and Canadian GAAP.
• Establish and manage financial statement preparation timelines in collaboration
with onshore teams and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with senior leadership to drive the development, implementation,
and continuous enhancement of financial reporting policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardization, automation, and
scalability across financial reporting processes.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance process documentation, operating procedures,
and reporting manuals.
• Manage a team of high-volume, deadline and production driven environment, all
while maintaining 100% accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support business decision-making and
operational performance management.
• Lead and manage high-performing teams in a deadline-driven environment while
maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
• Establish team goals, monitor performance, and ensure optimal resource
utilization.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and
employee development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, collaboration, and client
service excellence.
• Support career progression initiatives by defining development plans and growth
opportunities for team members.
• Ensure robust quality control processes and effective risk management practices
are embedded within the financial reporting function.

Qualification and Experience
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or another
accounting/finance-related qualification.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Financial Reporting.
• Strong experience within Hedge Fund or Private Equity or Real Estate is preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP financial reporting requirements.
