What You Will Do
As the Senior Finance Manager, you will drive the integration of the Mako and Enabling Technologies (MET) business units by establishing consistent funnel processes, reporting, and deal evaluation criteria.

Provide strategic financial support to the VP of Sales, shaping sales structure, incentive plans, and deal strategies.

Collaborate with enterprise partners (e.g., Flex Financial, Customer Solutions, Technical Accounting) to expand cross-divisional opportunities.

Lead financial strategy for the MET sales organization, identifying synergies and efficiencies through integration.

Oversee a small team managing deal execution, revenue recognition, and financial compliance.

Direct reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for expenses, inventory, pricing, commissions, sales, and COGS.

Lead financial planning processes (budget, projections, strategic plans) to align with business goals.

Develop and manage talent within the team, ensuring bench strength and succession planning.
