CodeNinja is a high-growth software services company preparing for an IPO within two years. We are seeking a Senior Manager Finance (CA) to drive financial strategy, IPO readiness, and investment decisions, including market research for strategic investments and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

Role Overview:

Reporting to the CFO, this role will be instrumental in shaping financial governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading investment market research to identify growth opportunities, geographic expansion, and M&A prospects. The position has a clear progression path to Head of Finance and will play a critical role in securing CodeNinja’s financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & IPO Preparation: Drive long-term financial planning, ensuring the company is positioned for a successful IPO.

• Market Research & Investment Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities, including expansion markets, emerging technologies, and strategic partnerships.

• Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and risk analysis for M&A opportunities, ensuring alignment with CodeNinja’s growth objectives.

• Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Optimize capital allocation, ensuring financial stability and funding for future investments.

• Regulatory & Compliance Leadership: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and IPO requirements, working with legal and audit teams.

• Investor Relations: Support the CFO in investor engagements, preparing reports and financial disclosures aligned with public market expectations.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with leadership to align financial and market strategies with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

• Experience in a software services company is essential.

• Proven track record in financial modeling, strategic forecasting, IPO readiness, and investment analysis.

• Experience in M&A, including deal structuring, financial due diligence, and post-merger integration.

• Strong ability to conduct market research and analyze investment opportunities for global expansion.

• Excellent stakeholder management, investor relations, and strategic advisory skills.

• Fluency in English communication and the ability to present financial strategies to executives.
