Senior Manager, Events
What You’ll Do
We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Events Manager to join our Marketing Communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing corporate events that showcase our cutting-edge technology and significantly enhance our customer experience. Your creativity in setting up engaging displays and demonstrations will offer our clients and partners a unique insight into our products and services. You'll also be responsible for managing a small team of operations team members

- Lead the planning, organization, and execution of company events, including trade shows, conferences, and internal company events.
- Develop creative concepts for event displays and product demonstrations that effectively communicate our brand's message and technological advancements.
- Work closely with integrated marketing communications team to ensure event content aligns with our company’s objectives and customer needs.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, from venue selection, vendor negotiation, to onsite management, ensuring a seamless experience for both participants and staff.
- Foster relationships with partners, sponsors, and vendors to enhance event offerings and experiences.
- Create and maintain a hands-on approach in setting up displays and demonstrations, ensuring all elements are executed to the highest standard.
- Implement strategies to measure event success and gather feedback to continually improve customer experience.
- Manage the events team, setting clear objectives, and providing mentorship to encourage growth and development.
- Oversee and manage the event budget, ensuring maximized return on investment.
- ID and implement process improvements as needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in event planning and management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role, preferably in the semiconductor or tech industry.
- Experience in experiential design preferred.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful large-scale events.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Innovative and creative thinker, with a passion for delivering unique customer experiences.
- Hands-on experience with event technology and multimedia systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
