Job Description Summary:
Role Overview:
Support the European Indirect Tax team as part of TCCC’s Global ITX COE. Reporting to the EMEA Indirect Tax Director, ensure day-to-day operational excellence, team management, process improvement, and risk mitigation for indirect tax compliance across Europe.
Scope & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop a team of Indirect Tax Consultants, setting clear expectations for timely, accurate compliance and reporting.
- Lead indirect tax audits and coordinate with local authorities and external advisors.
- Optimize processes and align European operations with corporate goals and external trends, including tax reporting digitalization.
- Enforce policies and standardized operating procedures, ensuring regional alignment within the global ITX framework.
- Identify and mitigate risks in reporting and operations; establish meaningful KPIs and metrics for performance management.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and other internal/external stakeholders.
- Drive change projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Success Parameters:
- Minimum 6 years of indirect tax compliance in a multinational environment.
- Master’s in finance, accounting, tax law, or law; professional certification desirable.
- Solid understanding of European indirect tax regulations.
- Experience with SAP, MS D365, and indirect tax technology.
- Demonstrated operational excellence and change management capability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent English—additional regional languages beneficial.

Base Salary: 252000 PLN to 324000 PLN
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15%
