Summary

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Communications & Change is a hands-on communications professional responsible for translating enterprise communication strategies, business priorities, and change-management plans into high-quality communications and deliverables. Reporting to the Strategic Communications Leader, this role is primarily accountable for execution across internal and select external audiences, including employees, leaders, prospective talent, payers, government and advocacy stakeholders, industry audiences, business partners, and other key constituencies.

The role owns execution of Graham's ongoing internal communications cadence - including monthly newsletters, quarterly All Hands communications, leadership messaging, organizational announcements, and other business-as-usual communications - while also supporting strategic initiatives and transformation efforts through thoughtful change communications. As part of a small, agile team, this individual is expected to leverage approved AI and other technologies, explore new channels and modalities beyond email, and help equip leaders and supervisors to effectively cascade messages to their teams. The role also offers meaningful exposure, development, and stretch assignments for a communications professional who aspires to grow into broader strategic communications leadership.

Senior Manager, Enterprise Communications & Change Responsibilities
  • Enterprise communications execution: Execute communication strategies and plans developed in partnership with the Strategic Communications Leader, translating business priorities into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate communications and deliverables.

  • Business-as-usual communications: Own the execution of Graham's recurring internal communications cadence, including monthly newsletters, quarterly All Hands communications, leadership messages, organizational announcements, employee campaigns, and other ongoing communications.

  • Strategic initiatives and change: Develop and execute communication deliverables that support enterprise strategic priorities, transformation efforts, technology implementations, organizational changes, and other significant initiatives.

  • External audience support: Execute communications for select external audiences as directed, including payers, government and advocacy stakeholders, prospective talent, industry audiences, business partners, and other external constituencies.

  • Content development: Draft, edit, produce, and coordinate high-quality content such as emails, presentations, talking points, FAQs, toolkits, videos, digital content, job aids, executive materials, external briefs, and other communication assets.

  • Leader and supervisor enablement: Create practical resources that help leaders and supervisors effectively cascade enterprise messages to their teams, including talking points, FAQs, meeting guides, toolkits, and other leader-ready materials.

  • Channels and modalities: Continuously evaluate how Graham reaches its audiences and recommend and execute communication approaches beyond traditional email, including video, digital platforms, live forums, visual storytelling, mobile-friendly content, leader-led communication, and other formats.

  • AI and technology enablement: Proactively leverage approved artificial intelligence, automation, and communication technologies to improve the speed, quality, creativity, personalization, and efficiency of communication development and delivery.

  • Stakeholder partnership: Collaborate with leaders, subject-matter experts, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, project teams, and other stakeholders to understand objectives, audiences, timing, dependencies, and communication needs.

  • Project and workflow management: Manage communication calendars, timelines, stakeholder reviews, approvals, production, distribution, and competing priorities to ensure reliable and coordinated execution.

  • Measurement and improvement: Use available engagement data, feedback, and other measures to assess communication effectiveness and continuously improve content, channels, and delivery approaches.

  • Growth and development: Build strategic communications capability through coaching, exposure to senior leaders and enterprise priorities, cross-functional work, and stretch assignments, with the opportunity to assume increasing strategic ownership over time.
