Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You’ll be responsible for the following:
Ensure alignment of technology strategy and business strategy. Identify programs and capabilities that will help Mynt realize its business goals
Work with fellow EAs to define the architectural blueprint and technology roadmap of Mynt, along with their recommended governance and execution strategies.
Evaluate tools and technologies that we can use to reduce platform and operational costs, improve productivity, performance, and overall quality of our product.
Collaborate with other architects and engineering leads to design and implement scalable, resilient system architectures.
Collaborate with other team members to craft quality technical solutions.
We’re looking for:
BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline. 12 years of combined experience in engineering management, system and/or enterprise architecture, programming, and software design
Experience designing and developing scalable, high performance distributed systems a plus (REST/microservices/Java/Spring)
Experience implementing architecture frameworks such as TOGAF a plus
Exposure to DevOps: continuous integration, automated testing, cloud deployments, etc. Experience with data modeling and architecture.
Experience developing and implementing enterprise wide transformation initiatives a plus.
