Senior Manager, Engineering

Job Description 

Responsibilities:  

• Leading and managing a highly experienced, globally distributed Engineering team working on Live Compare.  

• Growing, managing and coaching the existing team.  

• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration within the engineering organization.  

• Promote a team culture that prioritizes customer centricity and technical evolution, working with Product Management to identify and deliver solutions to meet business needs.Work closely with Product Management to define and prioritize the engineering roadmap.  

• Drive effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress and objectives.  

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes particularly to make the SAP PQ process.  

• You will have the opportunity to work with the industry’s most advanced testing technologies and help customers shift into the new testing realities of the digital world.  

Qualifications:  

• At least 4+ years of Software development leadership experience  

• Proficiency in using Jira and Git  

• Strong technical background in modern programming languages, and experience in procedural languages is highly desireable.  

• Communication skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for diverse stakeholders.  

• Must be comfortable prioritizing a complex backlog of customer issues, tech debt evolution, and new feature delivery. 

• Significant depth in software development utilizing modern software development processes to ensure secure, high-quality releases that drive business value.
