What You Will Do:
- Lead and develop high-performing R&D teams by executing a robust talent strategy focused on attraction, retention, and engagement.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to solve complex technical and business challenges using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Manage high-complexity projects, including planning, budgeting, and staffing, to meet business goals and timelines.
- Translate department goals into actionable performance objectives for direct reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by overseeing design control processes and reviewing technical documentation.
- Support Voice of Customer activities and customer-centric design practices.
- Develop and manage cost center budgets and contribute to business unit-level financial planning.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to assess emerging technologies and shape technical strategies.
