Responsibilities:
1. Yield and Quality Improvement: Responsible for improving yield and quality (DPM/RMA) of Low Power DRAM products.
2. Team Leadership: Lead a technical team focused on wafer, package and module test flows.
3. Failure Analysis: Debug and identify root causes for failures using data, electrical and physical analysis techniques.
4. Testing Strategies: Modify existing testing strategies to improve quality, maximize yield, and minimize test time.
5. Yield Forecasting: Provide accurate yield forecasts.
6. RMA Debugging: Lead the team for RMA debug and test coverage development and implementation.
7. Quality Improvement Plans: Develop and implement plans for quality improvement.
8. Collaboration: Work with Test Engineering, Wafer Fab Process Integration and Quality teams to improve yield and quality.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or other Engineering majors.
2. Experience: At least 8 years of relevant technical and leadership experience.
3. Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Leadership: Experience in leading multi-functional teams and mentoring team members.
5. Project Coordination: Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
6. Passion for Leadership: Self-motivated for ongoing learning and development in people leadership.
7. Language: Fluent English conversation is mandatory and Japanese as a plus.
