Position Responsibilities:

  • To implement distribution strategies for HNW Life Insurance to meet/exceed the objectives of the Bancassurance Channel and our partner bank.

  • To cultivate supportive relationships with bank partners

  • Explore business opportunities with the franchise, execution of new business propositions

  • Contribute to product & process development

  • Training & event management

  • Support segment in their needs, pre and post sales

  • To understand external needs & internal constraints to negotiate a win-win scenario

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree with at least 10 years of proven experience with successful track records

  • Prior Bancassurance experience or HNW insurance preferred

  • CMFAS certification Module 5, 8, 8A, 9, 9A & HI (Mandatory)

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, and relationship management skills; with a high degree of tact.

  • Proven ability to conduct research/analysis, organize findings and build presentation decks.

  • Ability to forge collaborative working relationships with various stakeholders within Manulife.
