We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Marketing team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Senior Manager - Digital Marketing

We will count on you to:

  • Lead email marketing execution by building, testing, and deploying sophisticated email campaigns, implementing advanced segmentation strategies, and optimizing for maximum engagement and conversion

  • Design and manage marketing automation journeys including complex nurture programs, behavioral triggers, and personalized workflows that guide prospects through the entire buyer journey

  • Drive email performance optimization through rigorous A/B testing, data analysis, and continuous refinement of subject lines, content, design, and send strategies

  • Support integrated digital campaigns by applying your broader digital marketing knowledge to ensure email initiatives align with and amplify other channel activities

  • Manage web content updates for email landing pages, forms, and campaign microsites, ensuring seamless user experience from email to conversion

  • Maintain compliance and quality standards across all email programs, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and accessibility requirements while ensuring brand consistency

What you need to have:

  • 5 years of digital marketing experience with specialized expertise in email marketing, including hands-on campaign creation and automation platform management

  • Strong technical proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) with proven ability to build complex journeys

  • Solid foundation in broader digital marketing including understanding of SEO, SEM, media, and how email integrates with multi-channel campaigns

  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing email metrics and translating insights into actionable optimization strategies.
