We're looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to help us accomplish our mission to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?
What You'll Do
As the Senior Manager, Demand Generation, you'll report to the Director of Growth Marketing and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand. Your core focus will be delivering measurable marketing impact across two focus areas: building brand awareness across areas of practice and priority offerings, and driving account-specific engagement and lead generation. You'll be responsible for shaping the roadmap, launching campaigns, and improving how we target, engage, and convert our audiences.
- Execute and evolve Flatiron's demand generation strategy to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth across high-priority accounts and products.
- Build and launch integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, content syndication, and microsites to engage target audiences.
- Design and own personalized ABM campaigns for strategic accounts and key areas of practice, in close collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing.
- Partner with Sales through weekly working sessions to align on outreach strategies, share campaign insights, and respond to real-time engagement signals.
- Analyze campaign performance using platforms like Demandbase and Hubspot, and deliver actionable insights and reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales and Brand on messaging, creative assets, and content needs to support campaign execution and engagement.
- Build the lead handoff process and follow-up workflows, and propose solutions to improve lead quality and team alignment.
- At the end of your first year, success would mean delivering measurable pipeline impact across priority products and accounts and establishing a scalable, data-informed demand gen foundation to scale future strategy.
Who You Are
You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who values the opportunity to think beyond the way things are. In addition, you're a hands on demand generation professional with 5-7 years of experience running integrated campaigns, preferably in a B2B or healthcare context.
- You have experience running multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, and webinars
- You have a strong understanding of ABM principles and account-level engagement strategies
- You are familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- You have a data-driven mindset and experience with campaign performance analysis
- You have excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Operations and Brand
- You have a proactive, solution-oriented approach to process improvement and team alignment
- You are comfortable managing external vendors for content syndication, creative, or media buying
Extra credit
- You have familiarity with Demandbase, Looker, or similar platforms
- You have experience working in healthcare or life sciences
Where you'll work
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and 3 office days set by you and your team. For more information on our approach to hybrid work, please visit the how we work website.
