Job Description
The Global Enterprise Data Management Team at Kraft Heinz is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager Data Stewardship - Supply Chain & Operations to lead a team of data stewards across our North America and International Zones.
In this role, you will ensure that supply chain and operations data products - covering logistics, procurement, demand and supply planning, manufacturing, and inventory - are accurate, well-structured, and business ready. You will guide your team in translating business needs into clear data requirements, align with technical teams for delivery, and oversee governance of critical datasets that support global operations.
You will report directly to the Global Head of Data Stewardship & Quality and play a key role in enabling Kraft Heinz to operate more efficiently and make better, data-driven supply chain decisions

Team & Delivery
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Stewards within the Supply Chain and Operations domain.
• Ensure Projects are properly resourced and delivered on time, with clear ownership and accountability.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization of data stewardship activities.
Governance & Data Quality
• Oversee data taxonomy, definitions, and standards for supply chain datasets.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across markets, ensuring reliable input for analytics and reporting.
• Promote best practices in data stewardship and continuous improvement of processes.
Business Partnering
• Act as a key liaison between Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and IT teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable data specifications and guide technical teams toward implementation.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clear and deliverables aligned.
Strategic Contribution
• Contribute to the global data strategy by representing the Supply Chain & Operations domain.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, and automation in Supply Chain data flows.
• Support change management by championing the value of high-quality data across the organization.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 5+ years of professional experience, including leadership roles in data management, supply chain analytics, or operations.
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global and cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes (demand/supply planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing)
• Working knowledge of SQL and data platforms (e.g. Snowflake) - enough to engage with technical teams
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and enterprise systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Fluent in English
