A Senior Manager of Data Analytics leads high-impact analytics projects, driving business strategy through advanced data insights. They manage cross-functional teams, overseeing data quality and visualization (MS Fabric, Power BI) while mentoring staff to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate business plans, identifying opportunities for advanced analytics to optimize performance.
- Team Development: Hire, coach, and mentor analytics professionals to build a high-performing team.
- Project Lifecycle Oversight: Lead projects from requirements gathering to solution design, implementation, and post-delivery optimization.
- Data & Analytics: Develop custom data models and utilize SQL / MS Fabric, Python, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for complex datasets.
- Stakeholder Management: Present insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, translating technical findings into business strategy.
- Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data integrity and audit data collection methods.
Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years in analytics with at least 2–5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Advanced SQL expertise, proficiency in Python, and mastery of BI visualization tools. Familiarity with implementing predictive modeling and AI technologies. Advanced Excel, Power Automate.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure.

- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Experience in data modeling, simulation, and forecasting.
