About the Team:
The Master Data Management team is responsible for establishing trusted, governed, and business-ready MDM data assets across the organization. Our mission is to enable high-quality, consistent, and accessible data that powers operational excellence, analytics, and digital transformation using Master Data Domains.
Implement and monitor data quality dimensions including completeness, validity, uniqueness, consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.
Conduct ongoing assessments and reviews of critical enterprise data assets.
Impact
The Senior Manager – Data Quality & Master Data Management plays a critical role in driving enterprise-wide data quality, governance, reference data, and master data initiatives. This leader will establish data quality standards, frameworks, metrics, and governance processes that ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of MDM business-critical data across the enterprise.
Key Deliverables (Duties and Responsibilities)
Data Quality Leadership
- Define and implement enterprise-wide Data Quality (DQ) strategy, frameworks, standards, policies, controls, and best practices.
- Establish and manage measurable DQ KPIs, SLAs, thresholds, scorecards, and monitoring processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of data quality across critical domains including Customer, Product, Vendor, Finance, Employee, Material, and Reference Data.
- Lead root cause analysis, issue remediation, and prevention strategies for recurring data quality challenges.
- Develop and maintain the enterprise Data Quality governance operating model.
Master Data Management (MDM)
- Support and enhance Data Quality capabilities that enable the creation and maintenance of Golden Records and a Single Source of Truth.
- Partner with business and technology teams to strengthen Data Quality processes supporting MDM ecosystems.
- Contribute to the successful adoption and continuous improvement of enterprise MDM solutions and practices.
Data Profiling & Monitoring
- Lead enterprise-wide data profiling activities to identify quality gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Establish proactive monitoring using automated Data Quality rules, controls, and workflows.
