We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Associate to join our Sales Enablement function within the Headquarters group. This role is designed for early-career professionals who are eager to learn, contribute to pursuit excellence, and support the creation of high-impact proposal content and sales assets.
As an Associate, you will work under the guidance of an Associate Consultant or independently and collaborate with pursuit teams, account leads, solution teams, and practice areas. You will play a critical role in content development, research, orchestration, and AI-enabled pre-sales operations.
What You'll Do
Pre-Sales & Bid Management
- Support pursuit and account teams in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and capability decks.
- Assist in structuring and developing high-quality content for pursuit deliverables.
- Coordinate inputs from Legal, Finance, HR, and other internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to pursuit orchestration, ensuring timely completion of tasks, version control, and quality checks.
- Support the development of capability pitches, solution overviews, and sales collateral.
- Leverage GenAI and automation tools to draft and refine content, improve response quality, repurpose existing assets, streamline repetitive tasks, and scale proposal development.
Practice Area / Business Unit Support
- Conduct secondary research on industries, competitors, and market trends to strengthen pursuit narratives.
- Support Practice Areas in maintaining knowledge assets, building capability materials, and developing Points of View (PoVs) and insights.
- Assist in the creation of thought leadership content and internal or external presentations.
Knowledge Services & Content Management
- Maintain and update case studies, success stories, and credentials in centralized repositories.
- Manage standard capability decks, boilerplates, templates, and pursuit libraries.
- Upload sanitized, high-quality content to KnowHub and other knowledge systems for broader reuse.
- Support tagging, metadata enrichment, and indexing to improve content discoverability.
- Help ensure content is structured and ready for AI-based self-service platforms.
What You'll Bring
- MBA with BE/BTech, or an equivalent degree in marketing, business, economics, analytics, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Enablement, Proposal Support, Research, or Knowledge Management.
- Strong business writing, content creation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Exposure to AI tools (GenAI, writing assistants, summarization tools) is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in professional services or global organizations is an advantage.
