THE ROLE 

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Data Cloud Intelligence to help maximize the value and adoption of Zeta’s marketing technology. This role sits at the intersection of data and audience strategy, marketing execution, and MarTech innovation—requiring a blend of customer-facing solution design and close collaboration across internal teams.  

What you’re working on:  

Zeta Global's Data Cloud is a powerful AI-driven platform that unifies billions of consumer signals from proprietary and third-party sources to create rich, actionable insights. It enables clients to better understand and engage their customers by delivering real-time intelligence across channels. With capabilities including advanced identity resolution, predictive modeling, and omnichannel activation, the Zeta Data Cloud helps brands personalize customer experiences, optimize marketing performance, and drive measurable business growth.  

A day in the life… 

  • Provide insights and guidance leveraging Zeta’s AIP (Acquisition Intelligence Platform) and Data Cloud to drive results.  
  • Build custom audience segmentation strategies for high visibility high growth clients.  
  • Collaborate with analytics to match data strategies with performance optimization.  
  • Support platform orchestration and customer journey development across channels, especially email and direct mail.  
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external stakeholders on best practices, performance optimization, and product innovation.  
  • Ensure data-driven outcomes through meaningful reporting and analytics.  
  • Provide subject matter expertise on data quality, opportunities for improvement, and use cases.  

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 7+ years of data-driven strategy consulting, planning or client leadership experience, with a major brand, agency or MarTech vendor 
  • Digital Marketing experience required, specifically Email Marketing
  • Understanding of advanced analytics and modeling

  • You've spent enough time in AdTech and MarTech to understand how the ecosystem functions—and how it’s parts work together.  
  • You're a true team player who can navigate seamlessly between engineering and sales.  
  • Experience in the Telecommunications vertical is a strong plus.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000, depending on location and experience.
