Primary Purpose : The Senior Manager, Data Analytics plays a pivotal role in accelerating growth across Tapestry's EMEAI markets by applying advanced analytics and data science. This position transforms routine reporting into actionable insights while promoting data - led measurement, automation, and AI to accelerate decision making and operational efficiency.
Reporting to the VP of Finance & Operations EMEAI, you will work closely with global business partners to define analytical priorities, surface high - impact opportunities, and translate insights into tangible business strategies to improve revenue, gross margin and the customer experience.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Data Analytics to:
  • Centralize data integrity, reporting, tools architecture and training while decentralizing insight creation and action. Partner across functions to design data-driven analyses, strategies, and tools
  • Shift focus from static reporting to insight generation and build interactive visualizations, dynamic dashboards, and standard reports that highlight leading-indicator insights
  • Perform large-scale analyses to uncover high-impact acquisition drivers, media-spend efficiency, and revenue-growth actions. Translate results into clear, data-driven stories
  • Drive organization-wide adoption of data by measuring outcomes, showcasing impact, and promoting a data-first mindset for decision-making
  • Embed predictive models, automated reporting, and AI-driven recommendations (e.g., MAP efficiency, allocation optimization) and champion their use in business processes
  • Drive adoption of automation and AI by leading AI/ML pilot projects and demonstrating tangible value, and promoting scaling of successful models
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Algorithm teams to innovate data sourcing, management, and product solutions
  • Liaise with the Global Data Analytics team to align reporting standards, sharing best practices, and fostering cross-regional data collaboration
  • Maintain data integrity, develop reusable analytics tools, and provide stakeholder training to ensure teams rely on accurate and self-service data
  • Track key operational metrics, measuring operational efficiency, and driving process improvements to maximize sales/gross margin, improve the site-consumer journey and conversion, and focus the organization on acquisition levers

The accomplished individual will possess:
  • 5+ years of hands-on analytics experience within retail, e-commerce, or consulting environments
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of data-based measurement and turn metrics into strategic actions
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder-relationship skills
  • Track record of translating analytics into revenue driving initiatives and improving gross margin
  • Advanced SQL and ETL capabilities
  • Strong analytical curiosity and a genuine passion for data-driven problem solving
  • Expertise in data visualisation tools such as Tableau (or equivalent)
  • Practical experience with Google Analytics and BigQuery
  • Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modelling
  • Working knowledge of automation/orchestration platforms (e.g., Airflow, Prefect) and MLOps tooling
  • Track record of promoting automation and AI solutions (e.g., automated pipelines, predictive models, AI-assisted tools)
  • Experience deploying AI/ML solutions at scale (e.g. recommendation engines, demand forecasting)
  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and prior success influencing global data culture change
