Data & AI Platform - Senior Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Engineer in Data & AI field to lead the development and delivery of large Data and AI projects and initiatives for our enterprise clients. You will play a critical role in shaping solutions, managing delivery teams, and ensuring successful execution of complex projects involving data platforms, governance, and intelligent insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI projects, including data warehouse and data lake implementations, data governance, advanced analytics, and dashboarding solutions.
• Mentor and manage a team of data professionals, ensuring continuous development and alignment with client needs.
• Engage in pre-sales and solutioning, working closely with business development to shape proposals, identify the right delivery teams, and present solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, data scientists, and cloud architects to ensure seamless execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on data strategy, innovation, and delivery excellence.
• If you’re from a technical background, act as a lead architect or technical advisor on key data initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in data & analytics, including at least 10 years in project or delivery management roles.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale data programs, including data warehousing, data governance, AI/ML solutions, or BI/dashboarding platforms.
• Strong solutioning skills, able to align business requirements with the right technical approaches and resources.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern data stacks (e.g., Azure Data Services, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in consulting or service delivery environment is a strong advantage.

Preferred

• Certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP data services.
• Experience with generative AI and emerging AI technologies.
