- Drive the development and review of PUMA’s corporate strategy in close collaboration with the management board, ensuring alignment with PUMA’s financial ambition, brand direction, and long-term growth objectives
- Contribute to the identification and prioritization of PUMA’s future growth drivers across markets, categories, and consumer segments, leveraging data, market insights, and cross-functional input
- Support the management and assessment of PUMA’s corporate portfolio, including by evaluating and managing M&A opportunities, investment cases, and strategic partnerships to strengthen the brand and business
- Facilitate and lead the annual strategic planning process, ensuring cross-functional alignment, structured input gathering, and financial target setting
- Contribute to the development of well-organized presentations and analysis to support the management board and senior leadership in strategic decision making.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in a Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or similar role, ideally with experience in the sporting goods, fashion or FMCG industry
- Experience developing corporate and business-unit strategies, including market scans, competitive assessments, growth strategies, and strategic prioritizations
- Profound understanding of commercial and financial drivers, including P&L mechanics, value creation levers, and growth modeling
- Experience leading complex strategic workstreams or planning processes, driving alignment across senior stakeholders
- Highly analytical and insight-driven, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations and actionable roadmaps
- Strong synthesis and communication skills, capable of influencing decisions at the executive and board level
- Highly committed team player with great passion for sports.
