Job Purpose/Summary:
The Senior Manager of Antitrust Compliance will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing an effective compliance program. This role will have direct primary responsibility for Antitrust, but other compliance subject areas will also fold in over time. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that the company's policies, procedures, controls, and monitoring align with relevant laws and regulations. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for promoting a culture of integrity and ethical behavior throughout the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular risk assessments, in collaboration with business areas, to identify potential areas of exposure to corruption risks.
- Establish and manage risk-based due diligence processes for third-party relationships, ensuring suppliers, vendors, and business partners adhere to anti-corruption standards.
- Design, implement, and enhance an effective Compliance program tailored to the organization's operations and risk profile.
- Develop and update policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risk.
- Partner across many corporate and facility level functions to integrate the compliance program into various business processes.
- Collaborate with regional compliance teams to ensure consistency in global compliance program efforts.
- Implement monitoring mechanisms to track compliance with policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of compliance initiatives.
- Stay current on international and local laws and regulations related to the compliance program to ensure the organization's compliance program is in compliance with all applicable legal requirements.
Requirements:
Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Juris Doctor highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in building antitrust and other compliance programs in multi-national companies.
Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in using various compliance and analytics tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels of the organization.
Travel: less than 25%, could grow over time
Preferred Experience/ Skills: Master’s degree, law degree, forensic accounting and/or Compliance certifications
