Job Description:

About the Role:

The Senior Manager – Commercial Integration will lead the integration of commercial strategy, consumer insights, and regional priorities across Disney Parks International (DPI) portfolios in Asia and the Middle East.

In this role, you will connect cross-market performance, guest and franchise insights, and commercial initiatives to unlock incremental growth across the Asia parks, while establishing a strong foundation for the Middle East park.

You will operate as a strategic, persuasive problem-solver and team player, partnering closely with senior leaders and site teams to shape decisions that impact the broader Disney Parks International portfolio.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead cross-site commercial integration, ensuring that data-driven insights, strategic frameworks, and execution plans are aligned across Asia and Middle East markets while reflecting local guest needs and business maturity. Your work will span commercial performance visibility, strategic alignment, and executive decision support, and you will be expected to lead with creativity, cultural awareness, and a customer-focused mindset to drive sustainable growth for DPI. Success in this position requires being a skilled, experienced leader who can solve complex problems, and influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization.

  • Drive cross-market commercial insights and performance visibility by synthesizing brand, franchise, and business metrics across DPI sites to inform strategic decisions and highlight growth opportunities.
  • Establish structured reporting and real-time dashboards that integrate consumer segmentation, franchise tracking, social listening, and in-park campaign performance to enable timely, data-driven actions.
  • Assess SG&A deployment across markets, media, platforms, and channels, tracking effectiveness and ROI to guide investment choices and optimize commercial returns.
  • Support the development and deployment of a commercial framework and governance model for Asia and Middle East parks that is strategically consistent yet tailored to site maturity and target guest segments.
  • Partner with site leadership teams to align on priorities, surface cross-site opportunities, and support disciplined execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue strategic analysis around commercial growth opportunities, including new market spaces, guest segments, and cross-franchise initiatives, leveraging quantitative analysis and market trends.
  • Lead or support multi-disciplinary integration projects, enterprise- and segment-level task forces, across Asia and Middle East, collaborating with internal teams such as Finance, Consumer Insights, Marketing, Pricing, Revenue Management, Technology and Digital and WDI to deliver scalable best practices and value creation.
  • Lead or support major franchise and IP initiatives (e.g., tentpole content releases, prominent Asia franchise such as Duffy and Friends) to maximize regional impact for Asia and Middle East.
  • Synthesize complex, disparate data and insights into clear, concise, and persuasive recommendations for senior executives, including high-quality presentations and strategic updates for internal and external engagements.
  • Identify and pursue strategic analysis around commercial growth opportunities, including new market spaces, guest segments, and cross-franchise initiatives, leveraging quantitative analysis and market trends.
  • Act as a key integration and coordination point between DPI leadership, site teams, and other business units to drive alignment on enterprise priorities and ensure consistent communication of commercial strategies.
  • Lead with a collaborative, team-oriented approach, mentoring individual contributors, fostering a culture of accountability, and modeling Disney’s values in a creative, innovative, and service-minded environment.
  • Plan and prioritize work by translating organizational and segment strategies into well-defined objectives, roadmaps, and milestones that align team efforts with DPI and Disney Experiences goals.
  • Collaborate across markets and functions, building strong partnerships and creating an environment where diverse perspectives are heard.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business integration, brand or franchise management, finance, marketing, or related strategic roles within fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Outstanding analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable commercial insights and strategies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business/financial acumen, including experience working with P&L, operating plans, and evaluating business models and product proposals against strategic priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts concisely and persuasively to senior leadership and diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partnerships across functions and regions, influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment in a large, collaborative matrix organization.
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary projects with notable risk and complexity, including the development of cohesive strategies using consumer-led insights from cross-functional sources.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ownership, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Innovative, creative, and agile mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity, conducting deep dives on complex topics, and formulating pragmatic, data-informed recommendations quickly.
  • Collaborative, culturally aware, and customer-focused leader who operates with integrity and serves as a credible, proactive thought partner to senior leaders and peers.
