The ideal candidate combines strong financial fundamentals with commercial curiosity, healthcare business acumen, analytical depth, business judgment, and strong communication skills. This person should be comfortable working through ambiguity, challenging assumptions, influencing cross-functional partners, and creating executive-ready work that helps drive real business decisions.
What will you do?- Serve as a strategic finance partner to commercial, operational, and business leaders, helping evaluate growth opportunities, investment decisions, business performance, and key trade-offs across both cash-pay and insurance-covered areas of the business.

- Build and maintain driver-based financial models that support forecasting, scenario planning, resource allocation, business cases, and long-term strategic planning.
- Analyze actual performance versus forecast / budget, identify the key drivers of variance, and translate findings into clear implications and recommended actions.
- Develop business cases for new initiatives, products, pricing changes, partnerships, payer / channel opportunities, marketing investments, bundles, or other commercial opportunities, including financial impact, key assumptions, sensitivities, risks, and decision points.
- Partner with business leaders to understand the underlying economics of their areas, including input metrics, output metrics, operational drivers, and how business activity flows through to revenue, margin, cash collection, and the P&L.
- Support analysis of insurance-related business drivers, including payer mix, reimbursement rates, session economics, utilization, provider supply, claims performance, denial / rejection trends, collections, DSO, and revenue realization.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex business questions, such as customer acquisition economics, conversion, retention, cohort performance, CPA, LTV, channel mix, pricing, supply / demand dynamics, payer economics, and ROI.

- Drive financial discipline across monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles, ensuring clear targets, accountability, ownership, and visibility into risks and opportunities.
