Job Description:
The Senior Manager, Client Solutions & Planning plays a key role in managing client relationships, driving day-to-day account operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring work is executed efficiently across internal and client teams.
This role combines client service, project management, and digital media knowledge to translate business objectives into actionable plans and meaningful results. Working closely with clients and cross-functional partners, the Senior Manager helps coordinate priorities, solve challenges, and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives while ensuring high-quality delivery across all workstreams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution. This role offers the opportunity to drive client success, strengthen team processes, and build trusted partnerships in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In addition to supporting client success, this role contributes to team development and fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence. This role may be based remotely anywhere in continental United States of America.
Key Responsibilities:
Serves as a trusted day-to-day client partner, fostering strong client relationships, facilitating clear communication, and ensuring client needs and priorities are effectively represented across internal and external teams.
Leads project management across account initiatives, overseeing workflows, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Builds a strong understanding of the client’s business, competitive landscape, consumer behavior, and digital media ecosystem to support informed recommendations and strategic client discussions.
Effectively manages competing priorities and resource needs, identifying risks, removing barriers, and solving challenges to keep projects on track and support client objectives.
Develops and quality-assures decks, presentations, and client-facing materials with a strong eye for detail, narrative flow, strategic messaging, and visual polish.
Leads meeting preparation efforts, including agenda development, stakeholder alignment, input coordination, and talk track preparation to ensure teams are aligned and equipped for productive client discussions.
Maintains and continuously improves account processes, documentation, and project tracking systems to drive efficiency, accountability, team alignment, and operational excellence.
Owns day-to-day financial management activities, including media authorization, invoicing, budget tracking, and financial reconciliation.
Supports strategic client planning efforts by identifying opportunities, aligning priorities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and helping execute initiatives that advance client goals.
Builds strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration across client and internal teams while proactively keeping stakeholders informed and aligned to support successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
4.5+ years of account management, client services, or integrated marketing experience with demonstrated success managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.
Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience in performance media and digital advertising, with an understanding of paid search preferred, and an interest in staying current on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and coordinate client communications and deliverables.
Applies critical thinking and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to support decision-making and contribute to positive outcomes for clients and internal teams.
Demonstrates curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a high degree of accountability.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms, with the ability to maintain organized documentation and workflows across complex client engagements.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Skills Required
- 4.5 or more years of media planning experience focused on performance marketing and paid search
- Experience managing client relationships
- Experience in traditional marketing and knowledge of traditional media trends and innovations
- Experience in digital marketing and media, with knowledge of digital media trends and innovations
- Proven leadership skills and management experience
- Working knowledge of MRI and Simmons insights tools
- Working knowledge of Nielsen Ad Intel and/or Kantar Strategy competitive tools
- Experience with media tools and buying platforms including DDS, Media Ocean, and Spot Toolkit
- Solid understanding of DFA and digital media tools such as comScore, eMarketer, and Forrester
