Job Description:
The Senior Manager, Client Solutions & Planning serves as the day-to-day strategic lead and owner of assigned client relationships, ensuring priorities remain aligned, work progresses efficiently, and client objectives are translated into actionable plans that drive measurable business results. This role may be based remotely anywhere in continental United States of America.
This role combines strong client leadership, project management, and digital media expertise to proactively guide account strategy, anticipate needs, identify risks, and drive seamless execution. The ideal candidate combines strong client relationship management, strategic thinking, project leadership, and analytical curiosity to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and deliver thoughtful recommendations. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, the Senior Manager fosters alignment, manages priorities, and ensures high-quality delivery across all workstreams. In addition to supporting client success, this role contributes to team development, process improvement, and a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Serves as a trusted day-to-day client partner, owning client communications, account stewardship, and relationship management while anticipating needs, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring client priorities are represented across initiatives.
Maintains deep expertise in the client’s business, competitive landscape, consumer behavior, and evolving digital media ecosystem, translating business objectives and performance insights into effective media strategies and actionable recommendations.
Leads project management across account initiatives, overseeing workflows, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Effectively manages competing priorities and resource needs, proactively adjusting plans, identifying risks, removing barriers, and applying sound business judgment to solve challenges and keep teams focused on the highest-impact client initiatives.
Develops and quality-assures decks, presentations, and client-facing materials with a strong eye for detail, narrative flow, strategic messaging, and visual polish.
Leads end-to-end meeting preparation, including developing agendas, aligning stakeholders, coordinating inputs, and preparing talk tracks to ensure teams are aligned and equipped for productive client discussions.
Maintains and continuously improves account processes, documentation, and project tracking systems to drive efficiency, accountability, team alignment, and operational excellence.
Owns account financial management, including media authorization, invoicing, budget tracking, and financial reconciliation.
Helps shape and execute strategic account plans by identifying growth opportunities, defining priorities, coordinating cross-functional resources, and driving progress against client goals and long-term business objectives
Effectively influences and collaborates across all levels of the organization, building alignment and accountability among clients, peers, direct reports, and leadership stakeholders.
Qualifications:
4+ years of account management, client services, or integrated marketing experience with demonstrated success managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.
Preferred candidates will have experience in digital marketing and paid media, with a strong understanding of paid, owned, and earned channels, as well as emerging trends and innovations in the digital advertising ecosystem.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to develop strategic recommendations, anticipate client needs, and translate complex internal discussions into clear, client-facing communications.
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, creativity, and the ability to proactively identify opportunities.
Embodies the principles of a Trusted Advisor by applying critical thinking, sound business judgment, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to guide business-focused decision-making for clients and internal teams.
Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic, sound judgment, and a high degree of accountability.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms, with the ability to maintain organized documentation and workflows across complex client engagements.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. - 4.5+ years of media planning experience focused on performance marketing and paid search
- Experience managing client relationships
- Experience in traditional marketing and knowledge of traditional media trends and innovations
- Experience in digital marketing and media and knowledge of digital media trends and innovations
- Proven leadership skills and management experience
- Working knowledge of MRI and Simmons insights tools
- Working knowledge of Nielsen Ad Intel and/or Kantar Strategy competitive tools
- Experience with DDS, Media Ocean, and Spot Toolkit media tools or buying platforms
