Job Description
Overall experience of 10 to 12 years in the field of Base Build bid and client outreach. Should have worked with project management companies or large contracting companies.
Should have excellent knowledge of Bid management, Preparation of techno commercial offers, Relationship and stakeholder management, sales and out support and management of PNL
Bachelor's degree (BE Civil) or commerce graduate from College or University in a technical area of study.
Relevant Additional qualifications are desirable.
Supervisory:
Repository for RFP, Ensuring TAT for RFP, Proposal and Bid management, follow up with clients, Meeting clients at stage 1 for engagements, GNG management, Tracking and reporting pipeline on online platform , Preparation of project resource matrix and P&L, Making presentations/editing for clients, Updating capability profiles on the go, Internal coordination for timely submission of technical documents to LEGAL,FINANCE,AND RISK TEAMS for reviews etc
Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups.
- Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
Financial Knowledge:
- Reviews financial/business analysis and reports
- Approves and oversees department budget.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
Job Summary
The position will be responsible for Profit and loss of the business vertical, for which timely completion of projects is necessary with support of the respective project teams - Business Development, Stakeholder management, cross selling , bid and proposal management, Sales outreach etc is must
