Job Summary

As the Sr. Manager of Channel Partnerships, you will lead the strategy, development, and management of strategic Channel partnerships that drive growth, innovation, and market expansion. You will identify and cultivate high-impact relationships with key channel partners. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with company goals and maximize value from each partnership.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partnership strategy aligned with business objectives.

· Identify, negotiate, and close new channel partnership opportunities that drive revenue and market expansion.

· Manage and grow existing channel partner relationships to ensure mutual success and long-term value.

· Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance) to support partner enablement and integration.

· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure channel partnership success and ROI.

· Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

· Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

· Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on channel partnership performance and strategic opportunities.

· Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategy.


Technical Skills / Competencies

· Strong strategic thinking and business development acumen.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.

· Data-driven mindset with experience in using CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau).


Education & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

· 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.

· Demonstrated success in building and scaling partnership programs in a B2B or SaaS environment.

· Experience working with channel partners, navigating complex organizational structures.



Compensation 

Annual base salary gross:   135,000-150,000 plus variable USD Annual. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Company's contemplated salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location. The salary is one component of Company's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include variable compensation, short-term incentives, health insurance (several options to choose from), accident and life insurance, access to the best in class learning and development platforms, flexible work arrangement, to name just a few!
