The Business Development Representative drives sales growth through prospecting, conducting cold calls/emails, and qualifying opportunities for the sales team. They collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize various sales tools while maintaining CRM records.

Prioritize inbound and perform outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social selling. Lead quality engineering for a large-scale SaaS digital signage platform. Validate APIs, data workflows, services, and UIs; troubleshoot in AWS; build automation and telemetry-driven testing; introduce AI-assisted quality practices; coach teams on whole-team quality, non-functional testing, and CI/CD-driven delivery.

Lead and build a Quality Engineering team for the Digital Signage platform. Own automation-first quality strategy, CI/CD integration, telemetry-driven testing, AI-assisted quality pilots, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring to improve release confidence and delivery speed.

Lead planning and delivery of complex cross-functional SaaS programs. Create program plans, manage risks and dependencies, align stakeholders, drive execution, support operational readiness, measure progress with dashboards, and promote continuous delivery improvements across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams.

Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot cloud-hosted digital signage solutions. Manage implementations, integrations (APIs/web services), device deployments, automation scripting, documentation, customer training, and escalations while collaborating with stakeholders and senior engineers.
