Own the technical relationship for enterprise customer accounts after the sale, driving platform adoption, configuring and optimizing customer environments, delivering training, resolving escalations, and identifying expansion opportunities. They research prospects, qualify opportunities using BANT methodology, conduct introductory calls, book meetings, maintain CRM records, and hand qualified opportunities to enterprise sales teams. The role collaborates with Account Executives, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product while meeting sales targets and developing outreach strategies for a B2B SaaS organization.
