The Senior Manager – Change & Business Readiness plays a critical leadership role within the CEBA (Change, Engagement & Business Adoption) Release Model, owning the successful end-to-end adoption and business readiness of complex transformation releases aligned to the Deliver function.
Operating within our Transcend Programme (a multi-release S/4HANA & E2E Business transformation environment) this role partners with Deployment Leads and Value Stream Leaders (VSLs) to ensure seamless integration of business readiness with technical deployment, driving measurable adoption outcomes across global markets.
This position is specifically focused on DELIVER capabilities, requiring deep expertise across:
- Logistics and Distribution
- Customer Excellence / Commercial Operations
- Global Trade Services (GTS)
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Business Readiness Leadership
- Lead and orchestrate all change, engagement, training, and adoption activities across assigned releases, ensuring full business readiness from impact assessment through hypercare.
- Own the adoption outcomes for the OTC value stream, ensuring readiness is driven by behavioral adoption, not activity completion.
- Act as a subject matter leader for the OTC value stream, with emphasis on: Logistics execution and distribution processes Order management and Customer Excellence Trade compliance and Global Trade Services (GTS)
- Ensure change interventions fully reflect end-to-end process flows from order capture through delivery and invoicing, aligning business readiness with critical OTC scenarios.
- Drive Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across Logistics, Customer Excellence, and GTS domains, translating impacts into site-level action plans and persona-based adoption strategies.
- Enable localisation of impacts across regions, ensuring relevance to local distribution models, compliance requirements, and customer channels.
- Lead Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and define targeted enablement strategies for roles across OTC (e.g., Customer Service, Logistics Operations, Trade Compliance).
- Ensure delivery of role-based, scenario-driven training tied to critical business processes and operational outcomes.
- Own the business readiness component of go-live planning, including: Super User mobilisation Final readiness validation for sites and markets Alignment with cutover schedules and operational continuity plans
- Ensure seamless transition during go-live and hypercare, minimizing disruption to customer fulfilment and logistics operations.
- Lead engagement across global, regional, and site stakeholders, particularly within: Supply Chain / Logistics organizations Commercial and Customer Service teams Trade and compliance functions
- Establish and activate Super User networks to drive adoption, coaching, and sustained behavior change.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks within OTC processes, including: Distribution disruptions Customer service continuity risks Trade compliance exposure
- Develop and oversee Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for go-live and transition phases.
- Provide clear, executive-level reporting on business readiness (RAG status, risks, mitigation plans) at key stage gates.
- Define and track adoption KPIs linked to OTC performance (e.g., order accuracy, fulfilment performance, compliance readiness).
- 10+ years experience in Change Management, Business Readiness, or Transformation roles
- Proven track record in S/4HANA or ERP-enabled transformation programs
- Deep expertise in Supply Chain with an emphasis on OTC / Deliver value stream, including: Logistics execution & distribution networks Customer Excellence / commercial order management Global Trade Services (GTS) / compliance
- Experience working across: Order-to-Cash end-to-end processes Integrated supply chain and customer operations Cross-border trade and compliance environments
- Demonstrated ability to: Operate in multi-release, complex transformation environments Lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders Drive adoption outcomes at scale, not just deliver change activities
- End-to-End Business Thinking – Ability to connect Logistics, Customer Excellence, and Finance into cohesive OTC outcomes

The anticipated pay range for this position, in the primary posting location, is:
€96,000.00 - €165,025.00The anticipated pay ranges for additional locations are:
Czech Republic – The anticipated base pay range for this position is 1 641 000 - 2 830 150
Ireland – The anticipated base pay range for this position is 85 000 - 146 050
Italy – The anticipated base pay range for this position is 70 700 - 120 865
Netherlands – The anticipated base pay range for this position is 82 900– 144 210
