Summary:

As a campaign manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and managing FWD digital commerce marketing campaigns to drive awareness, customer engagement and support our business objectives. You will be responsible for the overall campaign management, including market research, target audience segmentation, campaign development and execution as well as performance tracking.  You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in marketing strategies to drive results.

The Job:

  • Develop impactful data-driven full funnel marketing strategic plan to drive the commercialization of the digital channel

  • Develop visually appealing and impactful marketing assets to deliver timely and cost-effective campaigns to support business growth

  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including copy, visual, videos, and other media formats

  • Serve as brand reviewer of all digital commerce communications assets

  • Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI

  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies from briefing, negotiation, proper messaging, timing to execution of multi-channel campaigns

  • Work closely with digital growth team and other internal partners to align sales & marketing and branding strategies

  • Adhere to the internal process, external regulations and brand guidelines

  • Stay updated with the marketing trends, technologies and best practices to drive campaign innovation

The Person:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, ecommerce or equivalent

  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing with prove track record in full funnel marketing campaign

  • Experience in managing big-scale integrated online & offline marketing campaign

  • Banking/Finance/General Insurance/Life Insurance market experience will be an advantage

  • Embrace data analysis including market trends, competitors’ activities, customer insight/behavior and campaign evaluation

  • Strong ownership and excellent stakeholder management with good interpersonal skills and detail minded

  • Strong creative & media agencies network and management skill

  • Able to work under stress and tight timeline

  • Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
