Job Overview:
The Senior Manager of the Business Solutions Architecture Team plays a critical leadership role in aligning business analysis efforts with Findhelp’s strategic objectives. This position is responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts and Business Solutions Architects, providing direction, mentorship, and oversight to ensure high-quality execution of features, enhancements, and other R&D initiatives. With a strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration, the Senior Manager drives efficiency, process improvement, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and mentor the Business Analysts and Business Solutions Architects, fostering professional growth and best practices across the entire product development lifecycle.
- Partner with R&D Leadership to define, document, and communicate roadmaps that align with strategic objectives, market trends, and business priorities.
- Oversee multiple complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality across initiatives that span multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Curation and other teams to align customer and organizational needs to the product roadmap.
- Ensure the Business Analyst and Business Solutions Architects team effectively supports R&D teams in the planning and execution of features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Standardize the process in which the team delivers features.
- Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of the Business Analyst & Architect team and continuously refine practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related field
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience managing complex product areas with multiple stakeholders, systems, and operational dependencies.
- Experience mentoring and technical roles in a hybrid work environment
- Strong verbal and written communications skills needed to articulate complex, strategic and technical thoughts and ideas effectively to multiple audiences, as well as to listen for meaning and understanding.
- Demonstrated experience using modern AI tools to optimize daily tasks, accelerate problem-solving, and scale project impact.
- Self -directed and analytical, with experience using data to identify opportunities, prioritize work, and measure success
- Experience with non-profits, health care or social care organizations preferred
