Own standard customer implementations from sales-to-service handoff through go-live. Lead technical scoping, workflow validation, integration design, project planning, milestone tracking, reporting, readiness assessments, and internal handoffs to Customer Success. Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, communicate project health to stakeholders, and apply structured procedures to deliver efficient onboarding and initial customer value.

Owns the onsite reception and workplace experience, including visitor and candidate hospitality, badging compliance, mail and shipping logistics, kitchen and catering operations, conference room readiness, facilities coordination, administrative ticketing, and support for company events. The role requires daily onsite work, strong organization, customer service, communication, and office operations skills.

Lead and grow a team of Customer and Community Success Managers, serve as executive sponsor for key clients, manage renewals/expansion, mitigate risks and escalations, oversee onboarding and adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale processes and staff development.
