Job Description Summary

The Senior Manager Business Operations Biosimilars acts as a trusted advisor and right hand to the Global Head of Biosimilars, ensuring seamless execution of critical priorities, effective governance, and operational excellence across the global biosimilars platform. This role provides high-level support in decision-making, ensure coordination of business priorities and stakeholder engagement, enabling the Global Head to focus on driving business growth and innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Partner with the Global Head to define, track, and communicate critical business priorities and objectives.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings, and external engagements.
  • Conduct analysis and engage with key stakeholders to support decision-making and identify emerging trends in the biosimilars market.
  • Coordinate annual and mid-term business planning processes, ensuring alignment across global functions and regions.
  • Monitor progress against KPIs and business initiatives; prepare dashboards and performance summaries.
  • Support governance forums (e.g., leadership team meetings, steering committees, townhalls) by managing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Represent the Global Head in selected meetings and forums when required.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Act as a liaison between global leadership and regional teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
  • Optimize workflows, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency within the global biosimilars platform.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions to ensure business continuity.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of consulting with focus on pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with exposure to biosimilars or generics preferred
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and executive-level support
  • Strong understanding of global healthcare and regulatory environments
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • High degree of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English skills
