Lead and manage M&A and new business model initiatives within Care Delivery International.
Act as an interface between corporate functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance, Tax, Treasury, Communication) and regional/local organizations.
Support regional GMs and local business partners in assessing opportunities, conducting due diligence, and executing integration or partnership projects.
Coordinate with external consultants and manage third-party platforms used in M&A processes.
Ensure project milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables are managed in line with agreed objectives.
Provide transparent reporting, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Timely delivery of project milestones within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Education: University degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare consulting or relevant operational role.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development and/or M&A project execution.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong project management skills with proven ability to deliver complex projects in international, matrix environments.
Solid analytical skills, including experience analyzing financial and operational data.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities across multiple functions and geographies.
High level of personal accountability and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written); German and/or other European languages are an asset.
IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and BI tools.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with dialysis products, services, and provider business models is an advantage.
Execution-oriented, with the ability to translate strategic opportunities into practical implementation.
Collaborative and team-focused, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Comfortable working in dynamic and changing environments.
Willingness to travel across the supported region (international)
